It is important to us at Extra Hours that we provide our clients with ongoing satisfaction and not just a great first impression. What a Team!

I can’t even begin to express how wonderful it is to have Gemma & her team in my home on a weekly basis. After struggling for 18 months working from home full time and juggling the housework & laundry they have become my rays of sunshine. Nothing is too much effort. 

On our first meet to discuss what I needed from Extra Hours, I instantly knew that they we were going to be a perfect fit. Sadly one of my dogs passed away on the third visit so not only were they dealing with my home but a blubbering mess of a pawrent in tears. 

So if you need a Friendly ,professional and compassionate cleaning crew in your home, then look no further, I can’t recommend highly enough.

Gemma and the Extra Hours team have been cleaning my house since we renovated and they’ve kept it in pristine condition. They are happy, friendly, hardworking and very reliable. Many cleaners we’ve had in the past let you down on the day, or become less thorough over time, but that just doesn’t happen here! They always go above and beyond and kindly work round our small children and pets. Both are entirely trustworthy - they have our house keys and often come in to clean while we are on holiday. They even check on our cats while we’re away.

Gemma also does my ironing on an ad hoc basis and it always comes back smelling beautiful, perfectly folded/hung and sealed in bags. She picks it up and drops it back, no fuss at all. Gemma is an absolute blessing and makes our busy lives so much easier! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services.

Gemma offers so much more than a cleaning service, she is able to anticipate what needs doing and is completely flexible about what she does. The standard of cleaning is very high with lots of attention to detail. She works around our crazy family life - kids and dogs included. She has made organising suggestions which is making life feel more manageable.

I was in the process of clearing my deceased mothers apartment and was after a company to come in and give it a thorough spring clean before it was put on the market.

A friend recommended Extra Hours .

When I contacted Gemma, I explained the apartment wasn’t local (Gravesend) but this was not a problem, Gemma even offered to meet me there to discuss before I committed. After looking at the reviews on her website I decided this would not be necessary.

Once the apartment was emptied we arranged a date for the clean , I did call Gemma beforehand as once the furniture had gone I saw dirt & dust I didn’t realise was there , she was not fazed!

Extra Hours spent an afternoon cleaning the entire apartment, Kitchen, Lounge Dinner, Bedroom , Bathroom, Walls ,Windows ,Carpets ,Cabinets & Skirting’s.

I did not attend on the day but visited a couple of days later and when I opened the Front Door it was like walking into a show home without the furniture and the smell was so fresh.

I cannot complement Gemma and her Team enough and to that end they now clean my house on a bi-weekly basis, after they have been, t’s like walking into a 5 Star Hotel.
